Laser Based Visual Roll Alignment
The RollCheck® parallel roll alignment system is a lightweight, compact, and durable solution for accurate visual alignment using reflected laser beam technology.
It is designed for precise alignment using maximum angular resolution for reliable, accurate visual readings.

System Overview
The RollCheck® system uses a Laser Transmitter mounted on a stationary roll and a Reflector mounted on the roll being adjusted.
The transmitter projects two laser lines to the reflector, allowing the operator to view both vertical (pitch) and horizontal (parallel) alignment for precise positioning.
A laser line is projected from the transmitter to the reflector on the roll being checked. The projected line indicates vertical alignment relative to the stationary reference roll, while the reflected beam confirms parallelism between the rolls.
RollCheck® MINI System
The RollCheck® MINI is a configuration within the RollCheck® parallel roll alignment system.
It is a lightweight, compact, and durable solution designed for rolls up to 4 inches in diameter.
Using supplied straps, the system mounts directly to the roll and uses proven reflected laser beam technology to provide maximum angular resolution and accurate visual readings.
The system is suitable for alignment of rolls spaced from 2 inches to 4 feet apart and can also be used to align and measure crowned rolls.
RollCheck® MINI eliminates trial-and-error adjustments that lead to scrap, loss of time, and output reduction.
It enables a single operator to complete alignment in minutes with no training required.
