Finzer Roller can apply any type of grooving required to match the correct glue roller application. Working with adhesive suppliers and individual customers has allowed us to develop the exact roll groove configuration which has proven to be integral in controlling adhesive lay-down. These groove configurations include the modified V, buttress, and composite grooves, all of which have become mainstays in the Finzer Roller product line. Our manufacturing processes can achieve figures as high as 88 groove turns per inch.
Finzer Roller can manufacture new cores or repair used cores, journals, and replace flanges.
